👊Key Components of data dictionary:
1. Domains-define technical characteristics (data type, length).
2.Data elements-define semantic meaning of a field.
3.Tables- store actual data in rows and columns.
4.views-logical view on one or more tables.
5.Search helps-provide f4 help fictionality.
6.lock objects-ensure data consistency during updates.
👊Creating Domain in ABAP.
1. Go to SE11.
2.Choose Domain, enter a name (e.g., ZAGE_DOMAIN),click Create.
3.Provide data type(e.g., NUMC) and length (e.g., 3).
4. save and activate.
👊Creating a Data Element:
1.Go to SE11.
2.Choose Data Element, give name (e.g., ZAGE_ELEMENT).
3.Assign the Domain created above.
4.Provide field label(short, medium, long).
5.save and activate.
👊Creating a Table:
1.Go to SE11->select Table.
2.Enter name: ZEMPLOYEE_TABLE.
3.Create fields using the data element.
4.Define Key fields and Technical settings.
5.Save, check, and activate.
